Apartment Digest: GTA Vacancy Rates Lowest Level Since 2011
Apartment Digest Volume 4, Issue 12, December 2011: Demand for rental accommodations in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) was very strong in 2011. The number of vacant units declined by a 1/3, which in the absence of any material change in new supply, tightened rental market conditions across the region.

The Village of Essa Woods has been chopped down to size. After several months of small pullbacks, the number of houses sold in some of Canada's largest markets plummeted in July.
